Martin holds a BSc. (Hons) Mathematics degree from the University of Surrey, England and furthered his business qualifications by undertaking a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in mid 2000.
With a strong background in Corporate Management, Martin’s career path includes a ten year period with Inchcape PLC, initially with their liquor division in the Middle East and Asia Pacific at a Managing Director level. In 1996, he became Managing Director of Inchcape Motors (Australia) and in 1998 was additionally appointed Regional CEO and Director Asia Pacific/Australasia.
From January 2001 to March 2005 Martin was the Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company’s Sydney Retail Joint Venture.
Martin joined A.P. Eagers on 1 July 2005, was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2006 and was appointed a Director of the Company on 6 March 2006.
Martin is a Director of Australian Automotive Dealer Association Limited (appointed January 2014).
Denis joined A.P. Eagers in January 2008 as General Counsel & Company Secretary after having held similar roles with other public companies.
He oversees the Investor Relations, Company Secretarial, Legal, Work Health & Safety and Insurance functions and Property portfolio.
Denis is an affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and is admitted as a solicitor in Victoria and Queensland.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business degree, a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Company Directorship. He is a member of the National Institute of Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Stephen joined A.P Eagers in October 2007. From 2001 to 2003 he was General Manager – Finance and Commercial for Mount Isa Mines Limited, from 2003 to 2004 Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata Copper Australia and from 2004 to 2007 Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Consolidated Rutile Limited.
Stephen is responsible for the Group’s Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit, Treasury and Information Technology functions.
Keith is a licensed Motor Dealer and has been employed in the motor industry since completing his Bachelor of Economics studies at the University of Queensland in 1995. His experience covers retail and wholesale operations in volume, niche and prestige sectors of the industry.
He commenced his career in 1995 with Toyota Motor Corporation and subsequently worked with Honda Australia and Audi Australia before joining A.P. Eagers in 2002 as General Manager of Southside Honda and Land Rover. In 2004, he became General Manager of Austral Honda and Austral Volkswagen at Newstead.
Keith was appointed General Manager Operations – Vehicles in December 2005 to oversee the Group’s New and Used vehicle operations. In June 2007, he was promoted to the position of General Manager Queensland and Northern Territory with full responsibility for all operational issues.
Michael holds a BSc (Econ) Hons in Management Studies from Cardiff University in the UK and has postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource management.
He has extensive overseas experience in Human Resources, having spent 7 years with H. J. Heinz, 3 years with Glaxo Pharmaceuticals and 9 years as the HR Director of Churchill Insurance. Since moving to Australia in 1999 he has worked for Energex and for over three and a half years was the Group HR Manager of Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings, the Toyota dealer and distributor for 7 countries in the South Pacific.
Michael joined the Group in November 2006 and is responsible for the Human Resource function.
