Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated professional, proficient in all aspects of service, to join our team at Brisbane City Jaguar Land Rover.

The main duties of the Service Advisor role include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Taking enquires and service bookings
  • Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
  • Organising courtesy cars
  • Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
  • Gaining authorisation for extra work
  • Writing up repair orders
  • Estimating for the customer the cost and time needed to complete a job
  • Helping to bring in new business through the provision of superior service to existing customers
  • Handling customer complaints 
Location: Newstead, QLD
Experience:

The successful person will:

  • Have experience working in a prestige service department

Automotive Technicians – Multiple Positions Available
